Introducing Anna Boyd
Anna founded Next Rev Solutions after more than a decade building and leading quality organizations in some of the most demanding manufacturing environments in the world. With a background in industrial engineering and large-scale program management, she has spent her career at the intersection of systems, people, and continuous improvement — working across companies like 3M, Tesla, and Redwood Materials.
At Tesla and Redwood Materials, Anna led and built quality systems organizations from the ground up, developing the teams, systems, and culture needed to operate at scale. Her most defining accomplishment came at Redwood Materials, where she designed and implemented a full quality management system from scratch and achieved ISO 9001 certification in just seven months. It's the kind of result that only comes from combining technical rigor with a team that's genuinely bought in.
Anna started Next Rev Solutions to bring that experience to manufacturers who are ready to build something better — whether that means standing up a quality system, improving existing processes, or developing the people who make it all run. She believes that progress doesn't require perfection, just commitment to the next revision.
